What to expect.
Who is the session for?
The session is for adults who want a clearer general understanding of perimenopause, menopause and the available treatment approaches. It is designed around UK healthcare and is not suitable for urgent concerns or anyone seeking an individual assessment.
Is this a medical consultation?
No. The session provides general education to help you understand menopause and the treatment options that may be available. It does not include an individual assessment, diagnosis, prescription or personalised treatment plan, and it does not replace medical advice.
Do I have to talk during the session?
No. You are welcome to ask questions and contribute, but there is no expectation to discuss your personal experiences. You are equally welcome to keep your camera off and simply listen.
How many people attend?
Each live session has eight spaces.
Where does the session happen?
Online. Once the booking system is connected, your confirmation email will explain how to join securely from your computer, tablet or phone.
How long is it?
The live session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What will I leave with?
A clearer understanding of menopause and the available treatment approaches, plus a practical consultation guide to help you prepare for a conversation with your healthcare professional.
Can you prescribe HRT for me?
Not through this group education session. If you would like individual advice about your health, speak to your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional.
What information is collected when I book?
Only the information needed to administer your booking, payment and accessibility requirements is requested. Please do not send symptoms, medication lists or medical history through the booking form or by email. See the Privacy notice for full details.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel or move your place up to 48 hours before the session. The full cancellation, transfer and provider-cancellation terms are set out in the Terms linked at the bottom of the page.
